Induka Counts over 25 years of experience in the Insurance Industry particularly in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Sales Staff Training and Branch & Regional Operations. Induka holds a BA Degree in Sociology with Second Class Honors’ upper division and MBA in Marketing from the University of Colombo and LL.B Degree from the Open University of Sri Lanka and is also an Attorney of Law admitted to the Bar. He holds Diploma in Marketing from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM), Diploma in Counselling (Merit) from the Institute of Psychological Studies of Sri Lanka. Further, he was awarded N.D.S. Silva memorial price for the best student in Sociology in 1996 by the University of Colombo and also awarded Best student Subject prices for Behavioral Aspects of Marketing and Principals of Organization and Management, respectively in the examinations held in November 2003 and November 2004 by the SLIM.
He is also a Life Ordinary Member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing and a member of the Association of Sri Lankan Sociologists.
Sajeewa brings excellence to the Company's Distribution Network with over 30 years of expertise in Distribution and Management in both the Life and General Insurance Industries.
He holds a vast array of past managerial experience in organizations such as Ceylinco Life, HNB Assurance and HNB General Insurance.
Sajeewa is a Fellow Member of LUTC and has many notable Sales and Management achievements under his name. He was awarded Top Sales Awards at Ceylinco Life, and National Level Sales Awards at HNB Assurance and HNB General Insurance. He was also recognized with Top Category Management Awards in previous organizations.
